30-Day Return Window

We want you to be completely in love with your hksgate.store jewelry. We offer a 30-day return or exchange window starting from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, in its original condition (free of any scratches, alterations, or signs of wear), and placed in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-returnable items: Please note that personalized pieces, custom engraved items, gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Quality is our priority. If we made a mistake — such as sending the wrong item, or if your piece arrived damaged — we will cover the cost of return shipping and make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect or incorrect item so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it immediately.

Return Shipping & Fees

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost in transit sent without tracking. Please note that original shipping fees, as well as any international duties or taxes, are non-refundable.

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

We will help arrange an exchange as quickly as possible, subject to inventory availability. If the new item costs more, we will invoice you for the difference; if it costs less, we will refund the balance.

2-Year Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All hksgate.store pieces are covered by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes issues such as plating fading prematurely or stone-setting defects under normal, everyday wear.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, or damage caused by third-party modifications, pulling, or exposure to harsh chemicals (like perfumes or cleaning agents).

Important: Please do not ship items back to the return address printed on the original package without our authorization, as this may result in your package being lost or significantly delay your refund.
